A dark168 account may be terminated or suspended in two ways:

Termination by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the dark168 customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures. Bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements will be forfeited.

Termination by dark168: dark168 reserves the right to close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Reporting fraud or suspicious activity

• Request from relevant authorities
